You can choose two sizes for the cake:
- for 6-10 people: this cake is 15cm in diameter
- for 12-15 people: this cake is 18cm in diameter
The cakes are approximately 11-12cm high. To be able to cut enough pieces, we recommend not cutting points, but cubes. It is best to store the cake in the refrigerator, in the box provided. The cake tastes best at room temperature. Our advice is to remove the cake from the refrigerator 2 hours before serving, so that the cake and cream are softer.
