  1. Right of withdrawal

1.1. The customer, being a consumer, has the right to terminate the agreement without giving reasons and to return the delivered product within 7 working days after receipt of the product, provided it is unused, unchanged and provided with its original labels, packaging, seals, documentation, etc. The customer will be informed of this right of withdrawal via email before delivery or in writing upon delivery of the ordered products.

1.2. Article 1.1 does not apply if the product:

  1. is manufactured to the customer's specifications;
  2. the product can spoil or age quickly, such as a delivered cake or sweets.

1.4. If the customer terminates the agreement in accordance with this article, the shipping costs associated with returning the product will be borne by the customer.

1.5. The customer, being a company, cannot invoke the right of withdrawal as described in this article.

1.6. When placing an order, you must take into account that most products you buy through this online store have a limited shelf life and therefore cannot be returned. The right of withdrawal therefore does not apply. The sale is final after successful payment.

1.7. When placing a product that does not have an expiration date, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs.
