This green-blue Farm Cake is for all animal lovers! The cake is painted white and has blue textured streaks and a green chocolate drip. The top is decorated with dollops of cream, sprinkles, meringue meringues, green crunchy chocolate balls and of course three farm animals.
This green-blue Farm Cake is for all animal lovers! The cake is painted white and has blue textured streaks and a green chocolate drip. The top is decorated with dollops of cream, sprinkles, meringue meringues and green crunchy chocolate balls. Three farm animals are placed on each cake. The farm animals may vary per cake; we have a chicken, rooster, cow, pig, dog, sheep, ram, horse, duck and a goose. The nice thing is that the animals can then be used as toys.
Each farm cake consists of three layers of cake (vanilla or chocolate cake) and two layers of filling. The filling is standard Italian Meringue Buttercream. This is no ordinary buttercream, but a silky smooth cream based on meringue. Cubes of butter are added to this and possibly a flavor, if you wish. For strawberry and raspberry we use a real fruit puree for a pure taste, so no chemical flavors. You can store the farm cake in the refrigerator, but it tastes best at room temperature.

Our bakery is located in Utrecht and is easy to reach.
